well then the only thing i can see to be done barring repealing the 2nd is a more intensive mental evaluation when going through the process.
a problem with that could be THE GOV finding people nuts who really aren't just to limit and control the people.
people also have to get a grip on reality.

what gets me is the anti 2nd people making a big deal out of it only when 1 person who obtains a gun legally commits murder but ignores the other 1000 committed by a person who didn't.

Just so you can understand what I'm getting at, people can't admit or won't always notice their own biases and how that colors their perception of the media. Survey after survey done on journalists and editors shows that the majority of the MSM has been controlled by liberals for years. With the rise of the internet and social media, that's been shaken quite a bit. Libs are decrying their loss of access and control over the traditional media.
The funny thing about this is that they can't deal with controlling 65% of the traditional media output, they feel it's a travesty if they can't have the other 35%
Here's a question for you. Why do you think that conservatives went to AM radio in the late 1970s? It was considered a backwater medium with little potential. They went to talk radio because they were shut out of TV and print media. It's been a stunning success because there was a huge segment of the population that was not being served by the folks who controlled the media at the time.
That's your history lesson for today, you schmuck.
and remember citizens are not allowed to carry guns in mexico and the crime rates are off the chart and the UK also has tight restrictions on gun ownership and the criminals are running wild over there too

No. Here's one of the breakdowns...A school banned this guy from their campus because they thought the was too dangerous. How is something as common sense like that not funneled to NICS? We don't want guns, period. Our society is different to yours, the 'right to bear arms' is part of your constitution which is why it's important to a lot of you but we have no such thing. Our citizens are happy to remain gunless if it means our friends/family have a greater chance of not being pointlessly shot dead by a left wing nut, right wing nut, bible basher, cultist, pissed off schoolkid, disgruntled employee or general schizo. We've had a few high profile instances of knife crime and the waves of people that came out (with full media support across the political divide) and marched against knives was overwhelming and now carrying knives is an immediate jail sentence so what does that tell you what we'd think about gun ownership?
